Michael Bopp advises and represents clients in the fields of general commercial and economic law, focusing on financial market supervisory law, compliance, banking law as well as white-collar crime. He conducts national and international proceedings before state courts and arbitration tribunals and he acts as a lecturer at a university of applied sciences for continuing education.
Before joining VFS Partner as a partner, Michael Bopp was a founding partner of an international law firm in Zurich specialised in commercial law. In his professional years before, he gained experience as a Senior Compliance Officer at a major Swiss bank and as an attorney-at-law in a business law firm in Zurich.
