Nicolas Facincani advises and represents his clients paticularly in the areas of banking, in corporate and commercial law aswell as in commercial criminal law. He has extensive experience in the fields of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Corporate Financing. He specializes in national and international proceedings before state courts and arbitration tribunals. He also advises clients in employment law matters and regularly represents them in court proceedings. Furthermore, he is a lecturer at institutes for further training and continuing education.
Nicolas Facincani issues publications in his areas of expertise on a regular basis. Among other things he published a textbook on employment law aimed at people specializing in human resources.
Before co-funding VFS Partner, Nicolas Facincani conducted his own law firm in Zurich that focused on commercial law. Before that, he worked as an Attorney-at-Law in two of the largest business law firms of Switzerland, at the bank Credit Suisse AG and at a civil and penal court in the Canton of Zurich.
